A6 The Jersey Journal Monday, March 14, 2005 A6 Brother James J. Redunski, F.M.S. Mass for Brother James J. Redunski, F.M.S., 58, of Hoboken, will be Wednesday at 7 p.m. at St.

Vincent de Paul Church, Bayonne. He died at home Friday. Born in Syracuse, N.Y., Redunski grew up in Bayonne. He was currently a teacher at Sacred Heart Academy, Hoboken. He taught at Union Catholic High School from 1965 to 1967, at Marist High School, Bayonne, from 1971 to 1974 and again from 1976 to 1979, and was a youth minister and director of religious education at St.

Vincent de Paul Church, Bayonne, from 1979 to 1984. He was an associate deputy superintendent of schools for the Archdiocese of Newark from 1984 to 1996, and then was assistant principal at St. Anthony High School, Jersey City, from 1996 to 2004. Redunski was a 1950 graduate of St. Mary, Star of the Sea Elementary School and a 1964 graduate of Marist High School, both in Bayonne.

Redunski joined the Marist Brothers in 1965 and received the habit in 1966. He was a 1969 graduate of Marist College, Poughkeepsie, N.Y., with a degree in French. He later received a masters degree in secondary education from Seton Hall University in 1972 with a permanent certificate in French. He professed perpetual vows as a Marist Brother in 1973. Surviving are a sister, Anne C.

Tolley; and several nieces and nephews. Greenville Memorial Home, Jersey City, is in charge. Anna Castellaneta Mass for Anna N. (Torchio) Castellaneta, a lifelong resident of Jersey City, will be today at 10 a.m. at Holy Rosary Church, Jersey City.

She died Friday at Linwood Convalescent Center, Linwood. Castellaneta worked for many years in her family's business, Torchio Meat Market, which was located in Jersey City. She wasretired. Castellaneta volunteered with PACK Foundation Cancer Research, Jersey City, and was a member of Unico Towers Senior Citizens Group. Surviving are a brother, Frank Torchio; two sisters, Rose Vaccarino and Venetta Lazzopina; and many nieces and nephews.

Quinn Mass for Edna J. Quinn, 88, formerly of Jersey City, will be tomorrow at 9:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Church, New Monmouth. She died Thursday at Bayside Manor, Keansburg.

Born in Jersey City, Quinn lived there most of her life. She moved to Belmar, where she lived for 12 years, before moving to Keansburg. She worked for 45 years as a office operator for Charles L. Read Jersey City, and NJ Bell, Jersey City. She retired in 1987.

Surviving are two sons, John and David; a brother, Albert; a sister, Joan Murphy, eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. John F. Pflegler Funeral Home, Middletown, is in charge. Born in Italy, Giambarberi came to the United States in 1924. She worked as a seamstress and belonged to the International Ladies Garment Workers Union. Justin the Martyr, Toms River. He died at home Saturday. Born in Newark, Marshall lived in Kearny for many years before moving recently to Toms River. He worked in plumbing and heating. He started at American Standard, subsequently owned and operated Phillip's Plumbing Supply, Harrison, from 1983 to 1989, and retired from Bell-Ridge Plumbing Supply, Belleville, in 2004.

Marshall was a 1953 graduate of Kearny High School. He served four years in the Navy, stationed in San Diego as a hospital corpsman, 3rd class. Marshall served as an alternate on the Kearny planning board and was a longtime member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks, Kearny, where he served as a trustee. Surviving are his wife, Ronnie; two sons, Phillip Marshall and Kyle Sica; two daughters, Michelle Piskulich and Marie Murphree; his mother, Claire Marshall; a brother, Robert (Butch); two sisters, Sue Sherry and Marie Yakabofski; seven grandchildren, Jacqui Wilson, Zeke Piskulich, Meredith Murphree and Kamryn Sica, Aja, Arin and Jimmy Marshall. He died yesterday at Bayonne Medical Center. Kucenski worked for 40 years as a truck driver for Royal Lumber Kearny. He retired in 1987. He was a World War II Army veteran. Kucenski was a member of the Knights of Columbus Star of the Sea Council 371, American Legion F.A.

Achileas Ouzounis Mass for Achileas Ouzounis, 85, of Bayonne, will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at St. Demetrius Greek Orthodox Church, Jersey City. He died Saturday at Bay- onne Medical Center. Born in Limnos, Greece, Ouzounis lived in Bayonne for more than 40 years.

He worked as a painter for more than 40 years, and owned and operated his own company, Ouzounis Painting Co. He retired in 1992. Surviving are his wife, Anna (Hamamgoklou); a son, Aires; a daughter, Maria Ouzounis-Delbert; two brothers, Louis and Stefano; and a sister, Despina Haviaris. at St. Ann's Church, Hoboken. She died yesterday at St. Mary Hospital, Hoboken. Cardino worked for more than 25 years as a breakfast and luncheon aide for the Hoboken Board of Education.
