Pet Mod - VaporeMons (2024)

Submissions don't close until Sunday, but I'm gonna put out a sub review now, since we have such a high number of submissions

I'll basically just be giving some brief (as in like 1-2 sentences) feedback on all submissions, including whether or not your sub could be vetoed (meaning disqualified from voting). Note that I haven't talked with the rest of council about vetoes or anything, so none of the vetoes here are official, with the official veto slate happening in 2 days when submissions close.

These are all just my opinion, so you can decide whether or not you wanna take my advice

Already commented on some of these, so some of these will be extra short
- 16 Recover Gholdengo ew. Otherwise meh.
- Would rather not but wouldn't mind too much
- Want to limit Jolte elements being added back, but this was one of the best
- Focus Punch but actually good

- Funny. Losing the Mold Breaker effect is pretty notable but Leech Seed everywhere is nice, and this makes Spikes normal priority I think.
- Neat
- I love Regen too
- 1 NGas mon could be fun, I approve

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (1)Just alright, anti-Knock isn't super necessary (at least until a bunch of adjustment subs with Knock get voted in) but protecting Trick and stuff is nice
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (2)Still niche but very nice buff
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (3)I loved Shell Bell but having that meta-defining item in two metas in a row would be quite boring
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (4)Trick Room doesn't need the help unless Ursaluna gets nerfed or somehow banned or something

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (5)Based
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (6)Do Water Absorb / Bulletproof and it's fine
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (7)Definitely better but probably still bad
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (8)Sounds pretty fun, was considering doing PHeal Whiscash myself. I think I'd like it more on Whiscash tbh, but this having Recover makes this quite appealing in its own right

- A bit more hazard control is certainly appreciated, I like
- An good buff, but I don't see much using it other than Hydreigon. I'd recommend making it a sound move so Toxtricity also uses it.
- The move probably wouldn't go to that many Pokemon (probably only like 3) but it's a pretty neat move.
- Pretty unnecessary nerf, Revival Blessing is controversial yeah, but it isn't really causing any problems rn

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (9)Fine but not very interesting
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (10)With Ursaluna being the only notable mon that statuses itself, this is probably too niche to warrant using
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (11)Sounds cool in theory, but would probably be super annoying to play around in practice so I don't think I like this.
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (12)It's alright, better Trick Room user item than Iron Ball or Life Orb (for some) at least

- Is nothing crazy but I like -ates too and the only -ate user rn is Sylveon so another would be nice
- Cool ability, but none of the dogs really get ball or bomb moves aside from Lucario, so I'm not sure how this would pan out
- Another cool ability that I'm not super sure how it'll pan out, but moreso because we'd have to be kinda careful with the distribution since you would be giving priority to decent strong moves, especially if they get STAB on it
- Is fine

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (13)Would be the least interesting way to bring Weavile back to viability, but it'd work
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (14)Don't think it quite hits viability with the extra typing. Maybe add Shadow Sneak or Sucker Punch, which makes it easier to threaten stuff out and get Stakeout-boosted damage on prediction
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (15)Fine revenge killer with Draining Kiss or Giga Drain, I like
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (16)Would have to double check with council but this might be vetoable, Rising Voltage doing insane damage + enabling Quark Drive is likely too much

Z-nogyroP said:

- Does the job of unbanning stuff. Rage Fist is probably too weak to be used but Last Respects is decent enough
- Sneasler getting to set TSpikes for free is a scary thought but this should be okay
- Is a JolteMons resub, not too crazy about it but it's good
- I like it, honestly more for Mystical Fire distrib but Chilling Water doing literally any damage is cool too

- I like these
- Very cool abilities, but I'm not excited for future adjustment subs where people often use them as a crutch
- I prefer Jolte's Moody to this, this is kinda just a really slow way of getting an omniboost that might end up being toxic with Protect or Sub stall shenanigans
- Huge fan of this one

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (17)Not a fan of really any of the Tera-adjacent subs
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (18)Seems alright. The nerf down to 75% from 66% was def necessary
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (19)Don't really like this much, feels too easy of a way to get past Slaking's flaws and the boost is really strong since a lot of offensive mons could part with their even decent abilities for a better Life Orb. At the very least, I'd lower this down to a 20% boost
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (20)Both sound very fun

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (21)Still not sure if this'd get unbanned with its insane stat spread
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (22)Sounds like a lot of fun, should be the nudge it needs to hit viability
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (23)Not a fan of giving it Electric coverage since that lets it hit Waters (which might make it still broken) but otherwise this should work as a nerfed Bundle
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (24)Pet Mod - VaporeMons (25)I really like the Electrode-H (Sap on SubSeed sets sounds a little goofy but w/e), but regular Electrode concerns me. I'm not a fan of adding another ESurge mon because of how good the Quark Drive mons become (Pincurchin's horrible self even has a niche in OU rn because of this), but it also looks really hard to take on with dual 140 BP STABs and that Speed stat, plus Overheat for fat Grasses or even Foul Play for Dragapult. I'd have to double check with council, but this power + enabling Quark mons could make this vetoable. At the very least I'd remove Rising Voltage and then see what we think

Turtlek said:

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (26)I like it, should make it decent enough even without Last Respects with the typing, actually STAB, and decent utility, kinda just sits on a bunch of physical attackers

- I like this, good way to unban the move.

- Seems neat for defensive pivots, basically a built-in Parting Shot.

Rezzo said:

- Not 100% sure how I feel about it, but it's undeniably interesting. Honestly sounds almost broken on Zoroark-H, but aside from a couple other Special Normals I can't really predict how this pan out. Also, assuming this works like Pursuit, Teleport would let the mon dodge the boosted damage since it goes after.

Albatross said:

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (27)Is a joke sub. I wouldn't vote for it, but it is very funny, so it did its job

Mossy Sandwich said:

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (28)Already gave thoughts on this, still sounds like a fun high rish, high reward speed control option. I could see Unburden Sneasler going crazy with this, getting a Scarf until it gets hit and then getting Unburden speed

Beaf Cultist said:

- Very good Rage Fist nerf
- Distribution is gonna be tough and will likely hold the move back a ton, but on the right mons this goes crazy

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (29)Sounds funny. Maybe you use it on a lead while having Great Tusk or something on the team to Spin, seems worth on bulkier leads like Glimmora (who can also Mortal Spin the Spike) or Unburden mons (second cool item sub that Sneasler goes crazy with, I hate that mon lol).
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (30)Sweeper repellent, is decent. I feel like there could be some toxic interactions with this but I'm not sure what yet

- Sounds like a lot of fun, pairing this with Kingambit and going stupid
- Fun way to buff up some mons by just letting them hit real hard. Probably broken on Shocks though

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (31)I like all the buffs a lot (esp since my deleted Scyther sub had most of them) and any of the 3 with Webs sounds hilarious
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (32)Should make Melo into a real mon, always liked its movepool and stats but its typing lets it down so much, I like
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (33)Opportunist is cool, but the move buffs are what's really great for this, should make it even better on Screens than it already is (which is apparently really good)

Totally_Odette said:

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (34)Cool but very likely won't make Sudowoodo viable

- Is a great buff, but it would make this the third SylveMons meta in a row with major buffs to punch moves, so I'm not all that intrigued by it

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (35)Boring but extremely effective, would be a great mon

Samtendo09 said:

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (36)Certainly one way to give the meta a bulky Fairy. Would have to double check with council to see if this makes Wiggly too bulky.

dex said:

- Fun move. Strong priority like this would usually make me concerned, but if you were to do this to any type it'd be Bug (First Impression already proved that). SD Scizor with this + BP and CC gonna go crazy

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (37)Sounds cool, though idk how codeable this is

Gekokeso said:

- Regenerator feels a lot weaker in this gen than Gen 8 (basically just Slowking-G with a hint of Torn-T and Pex), so this feels very unnecessary
- I found this ability to be decent in Megas Revisited, so it should be equally decent here. Burning is interesting, as burns are non-Fire or Ghost-types are rare without Scald (for the better) and feels like a bit of a healthier punish than trapping

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (38)Fat af horse. Might make being a bulky Ice-type work when it's just THAT bulky, plus Chilling Neigh sets appreciate recovery if they're running Substitute or something, sounds cool

Xrn said:

- Arboliva being a mini-Miraidon with 3 Speed sounds hilarious, am a fan
- Simple but effective nerfs to the Runi abilities. Note that since these abilities are clones of each other, you can combine them into 1 sub, which'll make these much more appealing since people won't have to use 2 votes to get both

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (39)Am a fan of this, I can already see this thing doing insane damage in Rain or something
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (40)Considering the possibility that your Beads of Ruin nerf doesn't win, I'm not sure if this is enough to get Chi-Yu unbanned., but maybe I'm just being overly cautious. Maybe remove Scorching Sands to preserve Heatran as a check
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (41)No SD or Tera means that this is probably enough for Chien to get unbanned even if your Sword of Ruin nerf doesn't win. Whether or not I actually want to play against Chien-Pao again is a different question, though
Also, like with your Ruin subs, you can combine these into 1 sub since Chi-Yu and Chien-Pao are counterparts (by virtue of being in the same legendary family)

chemicalmines said:

- It's alright. Wouldn't normally want to add simple 50% recovery, but with them being worse now it's fine to do once or twice
- Nothing special but pretty good. Would rather have a different secondary effect (or a high crit ratio, like in PLA) instead of flinch but it's fine either way

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (42)Cool item, been seen before in another Pet Mod and it worked well there, should be the same here

- Another fun fainting ability this slate, another thing that's been seen to good success in another Pet Mod

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (43)Am a fan of this, great typing that we don't have in OU rn, would love to see this
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (44)Not too crazy about this as JolteMons had the same thing but better
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (45)Honestly with the type change, HAvalugg probably doesn't need Solid Rock or Thick Fat, Ice/Steel is just a slightly worse version of pure Steel and with that physical bulk, it'll find some use either way

Fragmented said:

- Not a fan of any of the Tera-adjacent subs really. I also don't really like how this is dependent on the item winning or is can't work
- Calling these counterparts is a stretch since they just have the same secondary effect. Honestly could just make them all 90 BP to make them true clones and give Fighting-types a nice secondary STAB option while making it a Fighting move a couple mons could genuinely start using like Dragonite, Meowscarada, and Kingambit

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (46)See the Tera Blast comment. While I'm not a fan of adding unexpected coverage stuff, this would be a lot more effective if you just made Tera Blast into Natural Gift with all the same effects (including consistent 80 BP), giving it to some mons, and not have to rely on both an item and move winning while adding potential interactions with Harvest
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (47)We had an item with this effect back in SylveMons and things didn't end well. Can't say for sure if this would get vetoed since the potential abusers of it aren't nearly as crazy as they were in SylveMons, but it still sounds pretty crazy

PalpitoadChamp said:

- I don't think Gholdengo nerfs are necessary at all, but this is based lmao

- Nothing crazy, but effective

- I liked the Rotoms in JolteMons, but just doing that over again doesn't interest me too much. Hurricane Rotom-Fan is great though

G-Luke said:

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (48)Honestly liked this more as an Ice-type, but either way Hoenn Gaiden Crabominable is extremely funny and would legitimately be a great addition to a meta with so many strong physical attackers (including Kingambit, which is probably why you changed the typing now that I think about it)
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (49)Pet Mod - VaporeMons (50)Pet Mod - VaporeMons (51)Major SylveMons Simis vibes with the sheer number of move additions lmao, but I like them. Mini Victini Azelf is my favorite
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (52)I like this a lot, a non-Rocks weak typing should guarantee that HAvalugg has some sort of use

- More hazard control is always welcome and this makes Goodra-H WAY more interesting than it already is, I like

Beebos said:

- Meh. Rocks are certainly annoying and I have been clamoring for more hazard control so this is a bit ironic but I'm not sure if I'd change them tbh

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (53)Chi-Yu at home
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (54)Snow is in a rough spot and I'm not sure if this is what would bring it up, but it'd help. Also this already learns Calm Mind
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (55)Ursaluna is dumb but I'm not really a fan of removing universal moves to keep it in check. Tera being banned should already tone it down a bit

zxgzxg said:

I LOVE VAPOREMONS

I LOVE VAPOREMONS TOO
- Very cool way to turn 3 usually useless moves (and Wake-Up Slap) into something interesting, I like
- Not a fan of the Tera-adjacent subs, but this is second best one because of how funny it is

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (56)Been discussed a lot on Discord, it's really funny but Cyclizar and QD Iron Moth might ruin the fun for everyone unfortunately

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (57)Huge fan of this, I love using Scream Tail and actually resisting Dark would make its life so much easier
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (58)Very interesting take on an OU staple, it's a bold move for sure, but I approve

Squawkerz said:

- Pretty crazy with the type change but I think it's still balanced. Would 100% get removed from Kingambit though

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (59)Part 3 in the "cool item sub that Sneasler probably abuses really well" series this slate. Hate that mon so much. Anyway, I like this

DuoM2 said:

- Would be the third Sylve meta in a row with this, but of all the Sylve/Jolte resubs, I'm the most okay with these
- I don't really think Gholdengo needs nerfs, but this would be very effective in making it less annoying

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (60)Seems very fun on pivots like you stated, I like.

Rasdanation said:

- Cool way to make a strong Rock move with a drawback that isn't 30% accuracy, even with the contractually obligated annoying 10% miss chance
- WishPassing at home, sounds fun

- Could be interesting on the right mons, closest thing to changing stats you can get in this mod

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (61)Throat Spray for cutting moves is pretty cool, not much to say about it. Things do get awkward if Z-nogyroP's Throat Spray/Punching Glove buff also wins, with this now being the odd one out

MegaFlareon said:

- Speed drop is cool, but item removal isn't as major as it was last gen (not yet, anyway), so this isn't super duper needed to me

Mintly said:

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (62)Big Murkrow sounds fun, but probably not reaching OU. Maybe lean more into being big Murkrow and add TWave
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (63)Meh. I would have to ask council, but I'm not sure about banning individual abilities to free the fish and cat

- Veluza would still kinda suck, but at least it'd suck a lot less

LOrd Fernado said:

- Spectral Thief is cool, but its distribution would definitely stay to just 1-2 mons, it's a pretty insane move. Also Marshadow isn't in the game
- I don't dislike this, not sure if it's super necessary, but a PP nerf would be an okay way to nerf them. Also Ceaseless Edge and Stone Axe are clones, so they can be submitted as 1 sub
- See above

- The Darmanitans aren't in the game (VaporeMons is based on the regional dex), so this would likely go to something like Passimian. That said, this is fine but kinda weak, especially since even the original version could be balanced on the right mon
- Pretty decent, could probably do a 30% boost since it takes both the item and ability slot for a power boost. Also Volbeat and Lanturn aren't in the game

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (64)Pet Mod - VaporeMons (65)Not too sure about these, losing secondary effects is big, but this is still a Life Orb boost with a much easier-to-stomach drawback. I'd recommend going down to a 20% boost. Also, like Ceaseless Edge and Stone Axe, these can be made into 1 sub as they are clones
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (66)Super not a fan of adding weird Speed tiers (we had that issue in SylveMons, it sucked), to the point where it could get vetoed on those grounds. The drawback is also not major enough to make this not broken at 1.5x, so I'd probably just not do this

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (67)Both Decidueyes have a lot of potential in OU, though moreso Hisuian Decidueye, so this would be a great way to help the original compete with it
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (68)Would probably get it into OU, it's basically a mini Spectrier. The one thing that keeps this from being broken is that it can't boost its Speed.

DenebStargazer said:

- It's close between this and G-Luke's Shelter, but this is probably my favorite new hazard removal sub, I am a huge fan of this
- Lets Tinkaton 1v1 Corviknight, automatically best sub. Jokes aside, I like buffing Tinkaton, since Magearna getting banned leaves space for a Fairy/Steel to take its place
- Low PP keeps it from being broken, but this could be pretty wild on some mons, would have to see though. Also, the effect description should make it more obvious to voters that this is Gen 2 Rest (though maybe it'd make more sense to make this change to Sleep Talk to accomplish that, actually)

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (69)Simple, but surprisingly effective change, could give Grafaiai some niche usage based on STAB Knock and utility alone

Lysion said:

- Extremely good for HO teams, setting both screens, pivoting, and preventing their removal (aside from Tidy Up and Court Change) all at once. This might legitimately be too good for HO, but I'd have to get back to you on that

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (70)Probably too niche to see use, even on Pawmot or the Burn Up users (that apparently don't exist despite the move being in the game???). Maybe make it boost the power of STAB moves by 1.1x or something to make it more appealing?

- Grim and Chilling Neigh all in one, is fine. I see what you were going for but this would probably be broken on Iron Valiant, even with losing the Quark Drive Speed boost
- This is what Gogoat deserves, I approve

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (71)JolteMons players have already been traumatized by Shell Smash Samurott, so while this version is a bit more balanced, I'm not sure if I wanna go through that again
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (72)Should be fine, just does Gen 7 Magearna stuff but without Shift Gear. This is the one Trick Room buff I'll accept, since it adds so much more on top of it
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (73)Also probably fine, probably worse than Therian just like the other Incarnate forms actually. Will commit war crimes with Plot or SD sets
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (74)Boring, but effective

Gravity Monkey said:

- These get absolutely ruined in terms of flavor, but in terms of actual gameplay it sounds decently cool, levels out the playing field across terrains and weathers, getting rid of the more Sun dominance that we see (and would see with Electric Terrain if Pincurchin wasn't thankfully bad). One thing I would change is to swap Iron Treads with Iron Leaves, just makes more sense to have the mon with a signature move boosted by Electric Terrain to benefit from it, especially since it wouldn't have to compete with Iron Valiant in that role anymore, giving it real use. Also Iron Moth getting to benefit from the best terrain setter sounds terrifying, not sure if we'd let that happen if this wins

PQRDG said:

- All the moves are basically the same concept, just making some moves more consistent. Not very interesting but not bad

- The synergy with Explosion is fun, enough to make me like this as its otherwise still just as meh as Aftermath originally was
- Fire resistance fits well flavorwise, but it doesn't really help anything that already gets it or anything you suggested, plus it's similar to the better Thick Fat. Maybe make it weaken a different type
- If Regigigas was already in the game I'd be more okay with this, but this seems kinda pointless to add without it, you even say yourself that nothing wants this
- Espathra is still annoying, but it's way more balanced without Tera, so I don't think if gutting the ability is really warranted

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (75)Pet Mod - VaporeMons (76)Not really a fan of these, even if it only works once and replaces your ability, this can still make physical attackers really crazy with the Attack, especially on teams where they don't have to switch like on Screens. Rusted Timepiece falls into this pitfall as well. Could get vetoed because of it, not to mention Slaking going crazy with it
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (77)This is exactly the same as my Clear Amulet sub, so it would get vetoed for being a copy of an earlier submission. Though, since I did also submit it, you do know that I am a fan of the concept

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (78)Not gonna set the world on Fire or anything, but this could actually be pretty cool as a new Dark resistance with a bunch of utility. Maybe add a little more utility like Defog
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (79)Would be a huge buff, as Fire/Fairy is an amazing typing, all the move additions are huge, and recovery + Magic Guard lets it stay around. Might actually be so good that it'd get vetoed. I'll have to check with council on that, but if it does get vetoed, I'd recommend just giving it Magician back over Magic Guard, since there's another Magic Guard Delphox sub and the rest of the additions are still enough to make this viable
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (80)I'm also not sure if this would hit viability, but you really did try

AquaticPanic said:

- Sounds fun, more interesting form of recovery that helps more over time to help on Calm Mind sets

Ema Skye said:

Already commented on some of these, so this'll be quick
- Cool setup move to make up for Take Heart being missing
- Interesting way to squeeze a little more distribution out of Toxic. Drawback might be too harsh, even with the Gastro Acid effect, based on the distribution you suggested though, maybe 12.5% self damage
- Too many effects imo, probably just stick with setting Snow

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (81)The only Tera-adjacent sub I don't dislike, probably mostly because only one mon can use it

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (82)Compared to the other Houndstone sub, this one is a better Sand Abuser but probably a worse wall (though Parting Shot helps a lot). Both are pretty cool.
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (83)Would rather not have Glare on this (I have stolen too many games with Serperior in Megas Revisited to want that in more metas), but it's alright otherwise

Regic Boat said:

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (84)Eviolith usually ends up being noob bait and it'd probably be the same here, even with this gen having by far the best abusers of it

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (85)Iron Thorns isn't nearly as bad as Pincurchin, which concerns me as an ESurge mon, but it's still kinda bad so maybe I can get behind this

- It's alright. I don't typically like hard focusing on stopping all pivoting, but giving this to a couple mons could make them like a CAP Miasmaw type of balance breaker that discourages pivoting, idk

ViZar said:

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (86)This just makes sense yeah
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (87)Another anti-Knock sub, don't find them super necessary. Not yet, anyway

- I'm more of a fan of Meteor Beam when it comes to Special Rock moves, but this is okay too
- Interesting in concept, giving the user the option to give a teammate a free switch-in or just hard switch itself, but I'm not super sure how it'll pan out in practice. Might be good on Tran or a nerfed Chi-Yu, but idk

- Is Battle Bond. Making you actually earn Hero Palafin is definitely enough to free Palafin, as the Bulk Up sets that made it broken are a lot worse when it needs enough power to actually kill things

Sigilyph Bro said:

- Mini-Bleakwind Storm is okay. Not very interesting, but okay
- Somewhat interesting, gives a consistent Rock move but requires you to use it on Screens teams to get. Rock might be the wrong type for this though, most Rock-types suck on screens (mostly cuz they are kinda just suck in general)
- Never really been a fan of distributing Volt Tackle, but that's just me. I found stuff like Lightning Lance from JolteMons to be a lot more interesting
- I don't think anyone who want Attract buffed, it's just annoying and this would add a cheese option to all legendaries, which would be toxic on most of them

- This would probably get vetoed as adding a new weather is outside the scope of the mod
- Is cool if it stays on just Klawf, most other things would probably be broken with it
- This level of scouting could honestly be too good in the game of information that Pokemon is, but I'd have to check with the rest of council about that
- This would get vetoed, way too many toxic interactions you can do with this (namely priority moves and moves like Giga Impact)

lavarina said:

- Baxcalibur doesn't really need the buff, but this could be cool on some other Ices like Avalugg or something

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (88)Pet Mod - VaporeMons (89)Both would be pretty good, not much to say about these
Pet Mod - VaporeMons (90)Probably getting vetoed, free 156 BP Expanding Forces with that SpA stat, complemented by great coverage, might be too much even ith all its weaknesses and meh Speed

Ayecrusher King said:

- Same as JolteMons Rivalry, was cool but I don't want too many JolteMons repeats in this meta, so I'm not crazy about it. Had no idea it was like that in Mystery Dungeon, though, that's cool
- This could actually be pretty as a potential way to stop sweepers or get a free turn to setup but still taking a risk by coming in on something that usually beats you, and likely could beat you next turn. Would be okay with this

- Ik this was a thing in SylveMons, but this would get vetoed here for adding a new field effect, as that's something we stopped doing in JolteMons. Also, Inverse is just really awkward to play with and I'd rather not

IceLevelIncarnate said:

- Very much not a fan of this. Yeah it's funny, but it absolutely guts the niche Maushold by destroying the niche it once had

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (91)Would get vetoed, extending Trick Room turns almost always ends badly, as seen in SylveMons (even after Time Warp got nerfed). The only times it didn't were CAP and MegaMax, but in both cases the extension was tied to an ability that only one mon without pivoting had. Not to mention, Ursaluna already making Trick Room viable already pushes this over the edge,

Pet Mod - VaporeMons (92)Basically the same thing I said about Population Bomb applies here, I'm really not a fan of this, just makes a niche mon way worse

And that's all! This took about 10 hours to do on and off, so I am now going to sleep!
Submissions close Sunday, so keep me coming!
See you soon!
