Préachán and Bó Rua are powerful AoE attacks for Morgana but with crucial differences.
Préachán has high AoE damage. This skill can potentially deal significant magical damage to multiple enemies simultaneously, making clearing waves or damaging grouped enemies practical. It also has a healing potential at level 2 and a debuff chance to decrease enemy healing potency to hinder their survivability.
On the other hand, Bó Rua boasts excellent damage potential that can be stalked and unleased up to 7 attacks at 520% ATK each. The damage scales with Morgana's ATK buffs from Roused-Up Heart, making it more potent.
However, both Préachán and Bó Rua require Morgana to do self-damage to obtain these skill effects, making it risky at lower levels.

Roused-Up Heart is a powerful tool for boosting Morgana's offensive power but requires a sacrifice in HP. This skill allows Morgana to significantly increase her ATK through self-inflicted damage or by taking damage from allies using self-damaging skills. This also permanently increases Morgana's physical defense, making her more durable at level 3.
This skill relies on self-damage, which requires Morgana or her allies to take self-damage to activate the buff. It also has a delayed power spike. Reaching the maximum ATK buff stacks takes time and requires taking damage.

The Power of Bonds is a powerful team-oriented buff for Morgana that scales based on the number of Crimson Sould allies present. It gives Morgana a significant ATK boost depending on the number of Crimson Soul allies. At max level, it offers a hefty 50% ATK increase.
It also provides a powerful shield based on Morgana's ATK, further increasing her survivability. However, this skill's effectiveness heavily relies on having a team built around Crimson Soul allies and doesn't directly benefit said allies.

Prioritize Damage and Survivability
Use runes that can increase Morgana's damage: MAG and ATK runes can be good choices as they directly boost Morgana's ATK and MAG-enhancing damage for both Préachán and Bó Rua. As for its Defensive Runes, prioritize Morgana's survivability since she relies on self-damage for many of her skills. Add in STA and HP runes to increase Morgana's HP. Crit and Debuff RES Runes are also important so you can stop enemies from bursting her down or disabling her with status effects.

Since Morgana has to prioritize damage and survivability, it is best to pair her up with Freesia for her skills to heal a significant amount of HP, Amour, as she targets enemies with the lowest HP and can be used to finish off enemies, Chiffon for her active skills making her heal and buff allies, and at the same time debuff enemies. Lastly, Dian scales ATK and HP with a kit that allows her to never die if two or more allies are alive. Together, the team can synergize and help each other dish out damage and maintain durability.

This team sacrifices a bit of bulk for more firepower. It's great against bulky enemy teams with an excess of healing options due to Amour. Priscilla is a great choice to supplement Chiffon's unreliable healing and stop the enemy from simply disabling your entire team. Meanwhile, Artie provides a solid defense-shredding debuff and an offensive kit that works well with Amour and, to a lesser extent, Chiffon's skillset. She is also quite bulky and, like Morgana, possesses abilities that allow her to maintain her health outside Priscilla and Chiffon's skills.
