Speculations suggest that the upcoming phone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset and feature a 6.67-inch 120Hz AMOLED screen. It is rumoured to run on Nothing OS 2.5 based on Android 14 out of the box and may offer up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.

The phone will reportedly pack a Nothing Phone (2a)-like dual camera setup with a 50MP primary camera and a 50MP ultrawide sensor, but it is still unclear if the company will use the same sensor or go with a different one. Considering the Nothing Phone (2a) is currently available for Rs 23,999, the company might price the base variant of the CMF Phone 1 under Rs 20,000.
